Laser Colour Coating (LCC) is a newly developed printing technology that uses a standard industrial laser to mark different surfaces in a production line in a cost-effective and variable process using different colours (RAL chart).

LCC uses the advantages of inkjet printers (contactless printing, variable texts and different colours) and laser technology (high availability, low maintenance) whilst eliminating their disadvantages. Conventional laser printing technology burns surfaces or, in the case of plastics, leads to foaming.

The LCC process, on the other hand, uses a thin coating to produce a colour print with a laser. Laser Colour Coating avoids the use of additives in the product material and is suitable for both labelling and high-resolution printing.
